DELAWARE—SourcePoint seeks feedback from Delaware County residents of all ages through an online survey. The survey is part of SourcePoint’s strategic planning process, which helps identify the opportunities and challenges the aging Delaware County community is facing currently and over the next five years. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous and compiled by a third-party consultant.

The survey is available Jan. 10 through Jan. 31 at MySourcePoint.org/survey. Upon completing the survey, participants can submit contact information for a chance to win one of five $50 Amazon or Kroger gift cards.

If computer or internet access is needed to complete the survey, visit SourcePoint at 800 Cheshire Road in Delaware or a local library for assistance.

SourcePoint is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides professional expertise, services, and programs for Delaware County adults who want to thrive after 55 and family caregivers. Services and programs are supported in part by the local senior services levy, corporate and private donations, grants, the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, and United Way of Delaware County.
