Before scheduling a one-on-one appointment, you must attend a New to Medicare class. You can complete this in person or online. This course will provide a full overview of the complex, and often confusing, Medicare insurance program

Does your employer provide Connector services?
Connectors are third-party companies that provide enrollment services for retirees of some companies. If your company is helping to pay for your Medicare insurance, there is a chance you have a Connector service. Please check with your HR department to confirm. If your company offers Connector services and you don’t use this service, you could forfeit your employer contributions. Therefore, we cannot meet with individuals offered this service.
