In addition to working in the insurance industry for 20+ years, they hold counselor certifications with the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP). To earn this certification, they must complete a 20-hour training program and yearly continuing education programs. SourcePoint partners with OSHIIP to ensure we are up to date on Medicare information, as well as hold joint programs throughout the year.
