This form is for SourcePoint staff to utilize when you need help with graphic design, event promotion, print materials, presentations, etc. (If you are an external party interested in promotional opportunities with SourcePoint, please contact the director of communications and development at 740-363-6677.)

Requests should be submitted 30 days in advance whenever possible. For event or promotional requests, more time is recommended to allow marketing to evaluate, prioritize, and implement the best course of action. If you have any questions, please refer to the director of communications and development.
