Our insurance specialists are well versed. They teach three different Medicare classes to help educate the Delaware County public on Medicare products, how and when to enroll, the costs, and the moving parts of different Medicare products available. They meet one-on-one with Delaware County residents to provide support on individual needs during the Medicare enrollment process, including cost analysis and answering questions about an individual’s special needs. They provide other services including medical bill organization, advice on appealing billing issues, and coordination of benefit issues. Each fall during Medicare’s Open Enrollment, our specialists work to make sure local seniors are on the best possible Medicare Part D or Advantage plan for the upcoming year.
