Those interested in being a 2026 Health & Wellness Expo exhibitor are asked to complete and submit the application below no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 6 for consideration. Applicants will receive an automated response confirming that information has been received. Please note that if you do not receive a response, then we have not received your application. All applicants will be notified of acceptance status in late March. 2026 Health & Wellness Exhibitor Application

Tuesday, May 19, 2026, 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Delaware County Fairgrounds Agricultural Center, 236 Pennsylvania Ave, Delaware OH 43015

  • As it should appear in the program.

  • We encourage individually packaged, healthy snack options. (e.g., whole fruit, trail mix, baked chips, protein bars, healthy crackers, dried fruit, bottled water.) PLEASE, NO CANDY.

  • After the event, vendors will receive an electronic copy of the 2026 Expo Networking Directory which lists participating organizations’ mailing addresses and point of contacts’ emails and phone numbers.

  • BECOME A SPONSOR! Sponsor spots are available for the Health & Wellness Expo 2026. Select yes, and we will contact you with options.
