Honor our Veterans and join us on Friday, Nov. 11 at the Delaware County Fairgrounds Agricultural Center at 8:30 a.m. for the 13th Annual Veterans Day Breakfast & Ceremony presented by the Delaware County Veterans Association. Guest speaker, Mark Bartman, Major General (Ret.), USAF, will present “The Ever-Changing Modern Warfare.”
