COHATCH DELAWARE
COhatch Delaware opened in 2019 in the historic Delaware Gazette building located at 18 E. William St., Delaware, OH 43015. The space is designed to be a warm and welcoming environment for both work and fun. The large open front room, the Hall of Mirrors, and the theater are coworking spaces by day and event spaces by evenings and weekends. COhatch Delaware features more than 80 coworking seats, 21 private offices, and 6 meeting rooms. But don’t work too hard! We wouldn’t want the movie theater, game room, and Speakeasy to feel neglected. During the renovation, we added a 3-part wheelchair ramp to accommodate guests with mobility issues. Both of our ground-floor restrooms are equipped with handrails.

COhatch spaces are built on community and offer members the services, activities and amenities to live a fully integrated life that balances work, family, well-being, and giving back.
