POSITION DESCRIPTION
Gift Shop volunteers monitor the sale of handmade goodies, which support the mission of providing services to Delaware County seniors. Volunteers manage the cash register and create a welcoming environment to enhance members’ experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Volunteers must be able to sit on a tall stool, count money, and move around in a tight space.
TRAINING
SourcePoint Volunteer Orientation, Gift Shop training.
TIME COMMITMENT
Gift Shop volunteers typically serve for one 2-hour shift per week and occasionally substitute.
LOCATION
SourcePoint’s Cheshire Road location.
DRESS CODE
Business casual. SourcePoint volunteer badge recommended.
SUPPORT
The Membership Specialist supports SourcePoint’s Gift Shop volunteers.
