DELAWARE COUNTY— Each year, SourcePoint invites local nonprofit and government agencies to apply for grant funding to address the evolving needs of the county’s growing population of older adults.
As part of its strategic planning process, SourcePoint has identified several key focus areas critical to supporting aging in Delaware County:
- Aging in Place
- Caregiver Support
- Community-Built Environments
- Economic Stability
- Healthcare Access and Literacy
- Mental Health Awareness
- Social Connectedness
SourcePoint is committed to fostering a cost-effective, collaborative network of care by supporting programs that fill identified service gaps without duplicating existing services. This targeted funding approach maximizes the impact of available resources and strengthens community partnerships to enhance support for older adults and family caregivers.
Grant applications for 2026 funding are due by Monday, Sept. 8, 2025. More information, including application materials, conditions of participation, and frequently asked questions, can be found at MySourcePoint.org/grants.
