SourcePoint Announces 2027 Funding Opportunities to Support Older Adults in Delaware County

Community Grants

DELAWARE COUNTY—Each year, SourcePoint invites local nonprofit and government agencies to apply for grant funding to help address the evolving needs of Delaware County’s growing population of older adults.

As part of its strategic planning process, SourcePoint has identified several priority areas essential to supporting older adults, caregivers, and an age-friendly community:

  • Aging in Place
  • Caregiver Support
  • Community-Built Environments
  • Economic Stability
  • Healthcare Access and Literacy
  • Mental Health Awareness
  • Social Connectedness

SourcePoint is committed to fostering a collaborative, cost-effective network of care by investing in programs that address identified service gaps and complement, rather than duplicate, existing resources. This targeted approach helps maximize available funding, strengthen community partnerships, and expand meaningful support for older adults and family caregivers throughout Delaware County.

Applications for 2027 funding are due Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026. Additional information, including application materials, conditions of participation, and frequently asked questions, is available at MySourcePoint.org/grants.
